I finally hooked up the new computer I bought on Thanksgiving day. I went to open a file I brought over from my old computer and see I only get a 30 day free trial of Microsoft office. The trial period apparently started on the day I picked up the computer because it expires Dec. 19. I really only use Microsoft word and would prefer not to pay $150 for a full version of Office. Are there any free versions of a product similar to "Word" that anyone is aware of? TIA
