I have complaints and some compliments I could lay at Obama's feet

Obama, like most presidents, has been OK. Aside from PPACA, on which subject I have registered 6400 plus "energetic" posts on SI, he didn't gore any of my oxen. He seems to be a decent fellow, gentlemanly, someone you'd be happy to have as a neighbor, hardly a monster. Mostly, not noteworthy.
