Does anyone know why the second PP was needed so soon after the Aug 9th PP for 730,000 units raised $1.5 Mil. Sounds to me like someone wanted some cheap stock rather than a real financial need. They could have easily waited until the price of the stock was higher if they felt they needed more money... sounds very fishy to me! I guess this is how these insiders make the real money by loading up on cheap stock while the price is depressed and I might add at the current shareholders expense. It sure would be nice to be able to get in on some of these sweet deals they cook for themselves. Next time someone phones EEL can you probe them on this and see if they can provide a reasonable/creative rationale for this PP? That shouldn't be too hard for any reasonably good PR person to do. Thanks
