I opted for Abiword because it went right to a word processor which is all I need. I looked at Libreofffice but wasn't sure if I needed to download the whole program or could just download the writer. My question is do I now take all of the files I created with "Word" and cut and paste them one at a time to Abiword followed by saving them? Hate to sound dumb but I've been using word for probably 20 years and never had to do this until now.TIA
