Since the FBI told the DNC they'd been hacked in mid 2015 and the DNC ignored the reports well into 2016, I'm pretty sure they were hacked in 2016 too. Falling for a phishing scheme leads to being hacked. Podesta was .. he just made it easy.I think everyone who's sure there was no hacking going on would surely want an investigation to prove that.
Clapper and the FBI said there was no evidence that they were hacked. I don't know how you know they ignored the FBI. Rather it is supposition that they did not because supposedly they were hacked. But since you believe the FBI that they were hacked in 2015, why do you not believe the FBI that they were not hacked in 2016?. Sounds like you want to cherry pick what meets your agenda to me.

It is easy to see this is only dirty politics. When Josh Earnest makes a joke Trump told during a rally as fact that he asked the Russians to hack Hillary, it is easy to see that as simply dirty politics.

Hackers do not consider phishing as a hack. You simply log on to the site with the password that was sent to you. You are not hacking around the security system to do that. You simply log on and copy all of the e-mail, Only takes minutes with a high speed internet connection.
