He can have it...I was there in February, 2016. Havana is a dump.....the food in the government run places is awful and the service is worse....The supposed fancy beach hotels like on Cayo Coco, etc are 2-3 star at best. They won't be ready for the level of service and accommodations US tourists expect for 10 years....at least.
