TV is different from a Courtroom since there is no Judge to make the guy answer.
There's a way nearly as good since it's the interviewer's show, not the interviewee's. Tell a resistant filibustering guest "I'll cut off your mike unless you answer my question."

I'd rather that than listening to the both of them talking over each other. I get tired of shows by interviewers indulging their guests' childish lack of restraint.
