Look, I figured it was a truism that I wouldn't have to list every single way that science applies itself to the subject of global warming. But they do reproduce a lot of that in the lab.

But you're still doing something that I think is very wrong. When you start talking about things like, well there've always been weather cycles and we all survived, yada yada yada, it overlooks the thesis which is the vast majority of the top atmospheric scientists in the world think that this is a very serious problem.

And you do not have the ability to make a better prediction, I'm sure of that. There is a time when all of us need to know that we need to look to someone who knows more about a subject than we do.

We do it all the time when we go to the doctor's office. We don't challenge the doctors if they tell us we need an operation, or that we have cancer, or whatever. This anthropogenic global warming is exactly the same thing.

These guys are functioning light years ahead of us, and they think we're in really big trouble and we should be paying heed to them and asking questions of them, not as skeptics, but as people concerned about what is probable and what we need to do.
