Hi, Today there is an article in the Standard -Times that is far less negative than any other one I can recall. Apparently, the Judge (Philip Rivard-Rapoza) heard 2.5 hours or oral argument from the ENUFF attorney, the city, Biosafe and the MADEP earlier in the week. He is now reviewing the documentation and will rule on the ENUFF application to revoke Biosafe's permit to build cell one. The city argues ENUFF has lost standing, since the cell is already constructed. Its all very complicated, but it looks to me that a decision against ENUFF would not be a surprise to anyone involved. Not to say they won't file additional suits and actions, and not to say that anyone can ever predict what a judge will do. No one is predicting how long it will be before we have a ruling. Allan
