Hi David, I believe this may be the first speculation I've seen on when Brazilian interest rates might fall back to any reasonable level. Makes sense they'd like this to occur before the actual TBR sales. Considering this news and the potential of the advisor selection (next week?), I think we may finally be back to a 118 - 130 trading range...may not look back at 110 again. I've been ready to sell more options, but have been waiting for a pullback. Wild premiums looking out a couple months. How bout APR 110p @ 8 1/4 - 9 or JUL 110p at 11-12.

I believe ING dropped their price target when interest rates went up. Hopefully, if the rate does keep dropping, ING (a Paine Webber affilliate) will start raising their price target back in line with the others, 165 to 180 range I believe. I further believe that these price targets are actually as of the sale of TBR and the analysts label it a 12-month target to buy time in case the sales are delayed. I personally believe they will happen very close to schedule. These folks have proven to me they mean business. Do you have any opinions on these issues?

I hear ya regarding nervousness on what appears to be very bullish sentiments with this stock. I'd welcome your opinion on a bottom or trading range for TBR if you have one. I'd welcome opinions from anyone who has one.

Thanks...Hope everyone had a great holiday...welcome to the new year.
