Roger, For what it's worth I'm holding a small long postion in RAIN and when the convertible comes out I will be a buyer of that in my IRA account and I believe my wife will be also! She has a tendency to be a very good longer term stock picker! I see things in the company that I like and feel as though they have a better theme that covers a wider range of people than do other theme resturants such as the Hard Rock and etc.! May be a very good short for awhile, but would go to the RAIN thread and read it: exchange2000.com As you say to others do your own research and let me know what you see for I may change my mind about buying anymore!
