Dave: This money needed for their current exploration deals does not just role in off the street. Management must go and solicit some of the RICH individuals or companies willing to invest substantial amounts in such a high risk PLAY. Therefore the reward must be great. I believe the company came across another individual willing to risk his money and made him an offer he could not refuse. Please remember the company has obligations to fulfill. Such as paying for exploration costs, licenses to the gov't of Bolivia and proprietary rights to individuals or companies that EEL vended the property from. But your right we must keep an eye on the amount they dilute the company's shares, since this will ultimately effect the price of the stock we own. All the Best!!! Rick.
