William,
Several reasons,
1. NSM took a write off for buying CYRX from this quarter.
2. The Asian situation has hit all semi-stocks with exposure
in the Pac-Rim countries.
3. Funds left in Nov-Dec, to close out the books for the
year.
4.Cyrx declared a loss for the quarter and took a write off
for 6x86MX inventory reduction to clear the books for the
aquisition by NSM.

It will likely take 2-3 quarters before NSM/CYRX can get the
wrinkles out of the merger and the new South Portland, Maine
fab goes into a full production mode, making CYRX designed chips.

Hope this helps, maybe some of the other thread members can add
more of the situation as they see it.

Regards,
BB
