Downandabout, good to hear from you. The thing I like about Honu Inc is that they have built and advanced their brand at the state level very professionally and the monthly revenue numbers are starting to show that they continue to gain traction. I believe it's a perfect opportunity for investors looking for a pot play because Honu is looking for exponential growth and they know that going public is what is going to help them achieve that next level of growth. From what I have been able to gather, Honu's revenue streams are quite robust in each category of product ........ flowers, oil, edibles with oil and edibles edging out flower ............. value added is the way to go ! They have a wide array of strains and capacity to grow. It will all come down to how a deal might be structured ............. Canada Coal has cash on hand and access to the capital markets through a very experienced team and network, something a growing company like Honu needs but doesn't have the keys to open the door. Honu brings a well branded product line that is staged for massive growth if it can secure the keys to the aforementioned capital markets. I've watched numerous companies enter the space ........... that go from a couple cents to 30 or 40 cents very rapidly with far less potential than this deal. I'd say that at least 40% of CCK's float is in strong hands so once the single digit paper in these early days of the 90 day dd period are gone .......... it's off to the races and 30-40 cents comes up rapidly. I'm continuing to build a position, I think the stock is primed for a big move based on this acquisition target. Awards like the 2016 Dope Cup might seem trivial to the casual observer but those in the pot business take recognition like that very seriously. Smells like $$$$$$$$$$$$ to me !
