Here is your original post on the subject: Notice it was weeks ahead of any company announcement. So you hear of negotiations which have a potential material impact on this stock, and put it out here well in advance of any announcement. I believe this fits the description of material inside information.

The company was originally talking about $5 million, and you somehow came up with $10, an number which was much later confirmed by the company.
