I fully agree, the place needs a complete two week tented fumigation to get rid of their mold and their stench...

I wouldn't take any chances. They should burn the place down to sterilize it from lice and roaches and other freeloader vermin. Start all over and rebuild it from scratch. You have to protect your family.
