Joseph and all,

I had two confirmed trades on Web broker on Dec 30. Next day they disappeared. When I complained I was told we are suppose to get a verbal confirmation. Web broker could have confirmed due to computer glitches. Luckily the trades disappeared did not cost me more than a few hundred dollars. I have been using Web Broker from its early days and this is a first. I was wondering if anyone else had similar experience.

I always thought WH was better than Schwab and my full service broker Merrill Lynch in trade exections and book keeping. Now I am not so sure.I have also noticed WH posts mutual fund dividends a few days later than Schwab. Any one has any comments on their book keeping?

Jyoti
