On Russian state-run TV Channel One, "Rossiya Weekly News" news anchor Dmitry Kiselyov made the startling claim,

"Donald Trump has not had time to take office, but he's already faced with attempts to overthrow him. We are talking about a coup d'etat.” - themoscowtimes.com

K
iselyov noted that "protests against Trump are being funded by American big business."

"Trump's social media attacks on military jet supplier Lockheed Martin is the start of the President-elect's battle against American corruption,” Kiselov claimed.

Three months ago in September, Kiselyov said American “oligarchs” and “special services” that traditionally loathe Russia were seeking to “assassinate” Donald Trump and called on the Russian government to provide what aid it can to protect Trump.

Although Dimitry Kiselov is very close to Vladimir Putin, the Russian government has denied it has plans to drop Russian Spetznaz troops into Washington D.C. if there's an attempt to remove Trump from office.
