I'll try to get answers: Monochrome or color; and, pixel array size. Will get back to you ASAP. The co. I've an investment interest in is MRSI. Have you an opinion about their stepper/stitcher? My understanding is that they are able to image larger substrates with higher throughput than all others. Any insight you may provide (particularly regarding their competitive position) is welcome.
