Nothing shows on EDGAR or any of the other usual places. I was so upset at Carl Smith for his total failure to communicate didly squat last year that I wouldn't touch this again for anything. I simply don't trust him. When I see management of other small companies going out of their way, week after week, to answer shareholder questions, I can only conclude that the company is either doing poorly or is trying to hide something. I may be totally wrong about both, but without reliable info to the contrary, and with the past history, I just won't jump in again. George
