Yes, the link you provide shows all debt denominater in US Dollars, including China's debt. Too bad they can't print Dollars. Not even North Korea is very good at counterfeiting Dollars.

That was the spot of bother with Zimbabewe, they borrowed money in US Dollars, South African Rand and Euros while they could only print Zimbabwe currency. Result hyperinflation and collapee much as Cina faces.
