If I was at the target end of the USA nuclear weapons, would I want drunk whining temper tamtrun MISSPRE clinton with the codes. From all the reports I heard about the mentality of MISSPRE clinton I was very concerned about the well being of the USA and the world. I suspect Putin is even more accurately briefed. I do not believe Putin and the Russians did anything that had any impact on the election. If I am wrong, that lets all send thank you notes to Putin.
