RE <<new rules: there are no rules>> ... overall it would seem that there are generally additional rules, and so the rule book evolves in the direction of complexity, convolution, self-defeating, and yet still allows some folks the freedom to do whatever they wish particularly to tilt the odds in good favour towards themselves. let us see what if anything the trumpeters manage to t-up as more-real topics before ... say ... november 2017, after they have had opportunity to do initial t-up in february, and re-assess / re-calibrate t-up post summer holiday. am disappoint this morning (it is 5:22am still, but morning) that there seems to be no entertaining pearls from tweeter-in-chief. i hope his handlers do not stop the daily 'hah' feed. the morning is still young it is good for the trump that he cares not one iota for whatever he does, and is therefore immune to derision
