I reject the sewer analogy.

We are facing mad dogs attacking our children;

and they must be prevented from hurting them.. We don't have to get in the gutter, but we do have to fight.

We must super charge our democracy to start beating Republicans at the ballot box.

Using our judicial system vigorously, etc.
