the problem w/ cyber this and that is that that can be made to appear like this

i.e. team usa can hack the germans as it did merkel's phone, and make it appear that everyone else did so

just as team usa hacked tsinghua university in beijing

so, who hacked siemens ? who can know except the perpetrator

one of the main reasons team usa and team china reached cyber agreement is because team usa came to the realisation that it was being out-hacked as the chinese hackers on the mainland are more numerous and adept than the chinese in nsa
