Caxton, Interesting note on the SF sales force. I had a similiar experience in San Diego yesterday. The sales lady at a mall knew about the dual mode phones, but said that they were not any good. She said that in order to fit the dual mode in, they had to sacrifice many features found on the digital only phones, then went on to say that if I needed analog, it would be better to go to an anolog only phone!!! Are they really clueless or does Sprint not want to sell the dual mode phones for some reason? Perhaps the sales commission is not as good for the dual modes. Does anyone have any insight on this?
