Below is a screen-shot of hype on temperature anomalies in the Arctic.

One thing to note is the Arctic has gained 7.684 million km^2 since its minimum 100 days ago (minimum of 4.137 to 11.821 as of Dec 20, 2016). The "average" gain in the first 100-days since the minimum is 6.99 million km^2 (6.225 to 13.215). So talk of Arctic melting is just misleading hype.

Of course, the sea-ice is below normal. I don't really care about 11.821 million km^2 versus an average of 13.215 million km^2. CO2 is not behind this. I guess if you shout loud enough over and over, someone might get scared.

Meanwhile, Greenland is gaining ice/snow at an all-time record, and Northern Hemisphere snow cover is at decade highs. There are many parts to an elephant. Obviously, the main-stream media has an agenda, and I'm happy to see them lose credibility by the day.
