Christopher thank you for the useful information that you supplied in your post. In regards to the above portion I was curious as to your take on the point that nummerous "stock gurus" like O'neill have made mention that they aren't necessarily concerned with insider selling because of many things that come up such as college tutition or purchasing of a home etc.

I tend to follow this philosophy and was curous to here your point of view. Why do you think that he would continue to hold 2/3 of his shares? Not to mention that the selling was done over 3 months ago.
