I don't think it did. But I think it would have been appropriate to confront him with it. Of course, he was never going to win, so it didn't really matter.

I think it ought to be a requirement of every candidate in every state to present proof of qualification. Just as every voter ought to have to present a voter identification card that can be guaranteed authentic.

I hate fraud but I hate enablers of it even more.
