Never said that. I certainly wouldn't want him as our president, if that's what you mean. Trump has to be president of the US and Putin has his own country to run.

From our point of view, we should want Trump to make progress in OUR interests. The Russian people need to address their own leadership issues.

As to what Trump may or may not do, that is a political matter. I support him, you oppose him, and frankly, no matter how much progress he makes a lot of liberals are going be highly offended at Trump.
