>>>"So how can you say both parties are equally not racist?"<<<

I already explained it.

I actually think the Dem party has a racist platform but the Republican party does not. Conservative Black Republicans never tire of pointing that out. I'm sure you are familiar with the oft referred to "off the plantation" phrase. If you can show me a Republican platform that is racist, I will consider it. Modern if you please. I admit some individuals are racist and that it is true in both parties although it surfaces in different ways.

>>>Not one liberal voted against the 1964 civil rights act to end segregation, and I think every conservative voted against it <<<

You stand with the literal definition of liberal when it represents liberal thinking and change, no prob. The problem comes in when you jump to Democratic allegiance (the non-literal meaning of liberal) in the same discussion which does not represent liberal thinking and change. That is your dilemma to deal with, not mine but it is inescapably apparent.

Its not a good argument for you. You can take a stand with liberals, which is fine with me. I have no argument against thinking or acting liberal. The Democratic party is not represented in support of the 1964 civil rights act but as you say, liberals are. The percentage of people and their offspring, who ever change their political affiliation, is very small. The Democratic party became the party of Socialist Elite long ago, populated by the same people from 1964, now just march along with the beat of a Socialist Elite drum, which does not represent liberal thinking, if it represents thinking at all.
