they said the fake news targeted at the left didn't sell very well... They interviewed one of the largest purveyor of fake news. His complaint about fake news aimed at the Left was that it would get forwarded a few times before someone researched it and debunked it. That didn't happen with the stuff aimed at the anti-Hillary crowd. As we have seen with the Pizzagate stuff, even if it got researched and debunked, there are those who would cling to it even tighter.
