Jim, Just because GW issues shares for its acquitistions does not mean we are necessarily getting diluted. It is very important to look at the assets that they are buying and their incremental earnings contribution to the company. Thus far, I think management has been very savvy about finding quality assets in an increasingly competitive acquisition environment. I am a big believer in the company and management's ability to continue to grow the business, however their ability to raise cash right now is somewhat constrained due to their debt levels. Consequently I do not mind them issuing shares for smart acquisitions. Let me know what you think. -Mr. Energy
