I believe a reduction in the amount of money in spends is tantamount to a reduction in demand for cash, hence a smaller budget and ultimately a smaller government.

Entitlements will have to be addressed a different way, and of course they're the really big problems -- but I do believe we need to look at the importance of every program, no matter how small, and determine whether it can be done away with. If so, it is time to think about really getting rid of it.

We don't need EPA regulating stock ponds. We really don't.
