Good point and I can concur on that point- I lost a more than that on a corporate fraud. Only many many years later getting a small check for times ta-kingly digging up my brokerage purchase and sales receipts. I think I've thrown out about three other lawsuits past that. It's wasn't worth my time. Loss offset- schedule D -done.

P.S. I'd really like to see what bad real estate loans are on a Big Chinese Banks balance sheets now a days.
