Talking to US citizens on a personal level (I don't mean SI) and traveling through the US often.. Healthcare is a major lament of the average joe.. Ours (Canada.. provincially controlled to a National standard) despite its flaws (and things do need fixing) is viewed positively. I'm not THRILLED with it.. but I sure as hell would not want to lose it...
