Thanks for the feedback. I hope I didn't mislead this thread, my losses in the beforementionned fiasco were $200,000 not million.

I do not believe management of any company would give a $200,000 "fat cat' any special due consideration. So they're as likely to be arrogant with me as anyone else.

I also agree that most IR people are just parasitic mouthpieces, however, they are a necessary evil. Often, these people have little or no stake in the company they promote. More often than not, you will end up on the losing end if you bank on people with nothing to lose and having no accountability when the proverbial s--t hits the fan
