Most of the Republican governors refused to opt in to Medicaid for the poor under Obama care. It is another example of the cruel behavior of the Republican Party. For the first three years it was completely free and millions of the poor and their states could've benefited from having health insurance.

All of the Democratic governors opted for the Medicaid and altogether something like 14 million poor people have health insurance right now, mostly in states with Democratic governors.

It is unimaginable that a governor can be so cruel as to deny his poor, free health insurance just to get back at Obama.

That is how shallow and cruel the Republican Party is at its base.
