Probably some serious deconstructing as well as a lot of re-constructing. But you have to keep in mind that the vast majority of people have irrational beliefs about which of these programs has made the US the "most successful country in the world."

Can you name a couple of existing policies that contributed to US success that you also believe should be left alone, i.e., cannot be substantially improved? A couple is all.
