I've been puzzling over a comment I've seen you make a couple of times, I believe it goes like this, "Buy on low volume, sell on high volume" . Can you explain this?

It seems that you'd want to see high volume on a break out after a new base is built, but if the volume is high when the stock is extended from its base it is a sign that it may top soon due being oversold. Before the breakout, I would want to see low volume showing me there are no more sellers at the new base right?
