Roger, RE: ACLY & WDRY. ACLY: This is my personal #1 short pick for '98! Nothing new, but when earnings are announced (around Mar 2nd) - revenues and earnings will show a sequential decline (because of a one time sale to FORD). Cash flow will continue to be negative! WDRY: This is a more complicated pick. I analyzed this earlier: exchange2000.com IMO, IMPORTANT: If you short now, take profits as the price approaches 20. The secondary was completed on 12/19 and the green shoe is a powerful tool to support the price at or above the offering price for 90 days (offering price was 19 3/4). The over-allotment should be exercised by Mar 19th. After that date, the stock will no longer be as actively supported by the underwriters. Best Regards, Bill
