The start of 2017 will be a challenging time for Sarah Clark.

Not only is the 29-year-old server and bartender 9-months pregnant — her first child Rosalie is due Jan. 8, KPNX-TV reported — but also her fiance was planning on time away from work to heal from leg surgery.

And because they’re both employed in the restaurant industry where paid time off is rare, KPHO-TV reported, things were shaping to be rough financially.

But last weekend during Clark’s shift at Pita Jungle in Phoenix, Arizona, a customer who’s also pregnant came in to pick up a to-go order. She and Clark had chatted previously about their pregnancies — but this encounter turned out to be altogether different.

After the woman left, Clark looked at the receipt — and eyeballed a $900 tip on the $61.30 bill.

“You always hear about these happening, but you never expect to be the recipient of it,” she told KPHO, adding, “I couldn’t believe what I was looking at at first because it was such a high amount … It took a while for it to set in, and once it did I cried for a little while.”

The woman left the following note on the receipt: “This is God’s money — He gave it to us so we could give it to you. God bless.”
