She hasn't. But I think everyone who knows anything at all about the subject recognizes that had she been anyone besides Hillary Clinton she would have been charged for mail server. Either way, it disqualified her for the presidency. You cannot have a president who is utterly so "careless" or stupid (I really do not know which) as to do what she did. Her own staff knew it was stupid. The FBI knew it was stupid. The FBI knew it was criminal. But they chose to let her walk. It was the wrong decision, but it worked out as it needed to.

To watch you and CJ -- both of whom I know have at least some basic knowledge of networks and security -- defend her was strange. The reality is that any person who defends her in that incident would just as easily defend Richard Nixon. It was a bigger thing for a potential president.

There are other incidents in which she should have been charged -- but got away with it. The most significant that comes to my mind was the commodities deal, which she just got away with. I don't know what kind of compensation it was, whether it was a bribe or something else, but Martha Stewart would have done time for what Clinton did.
