Where did you get that number? Here is the correct old info. Form 4 Sales filed with the SEC during December 1997: insidertrader.com (338,125 shares) Form 144s filed with the SEC during December 1997: insidertrader.com (240,000 shares) It may or may not mean anything to CSCO. However, Bloomberg News just reported heavy insider selling in Sybase two weeks ago. On Friday Sybase issued a profit warning. You make your own judgement.
