I would be careful about listening to someone who goes by the name "ex-insider". I have left companies before with ill will toward management, and have acted however I could to damage the company's reputation. I have had debates on other threads with ex employees of certain companies who told horor stories about how management could do no right, yet every year revenues and earnings continued to grow.
The truth is that work sucks, and these same stories can be found at most any company.

I'm sure growth will slow, but whether it will slow more than normal expectations is the big question. Honestly, I haven't researched it enough to give a valid opinion.

I think most people miss the point of these themed restaurants though. They are not restaurants that sell some retail merchandise, they are retail outlets that use a restaurant as a gimick to get people into their retail establishments. What is briliant about this marketing approach is that margins are very small for any type of food or food service company, but are huge for designer jackets and t-shirts. It is like the coffee shops in all the new book stores. Profits from the coffee and muffins is irrelavant. The purpose of the restaurant is to keep patrons in the store longer, therefore making them more likely to spend more money on books. Just something to think about when evaluating PLH's brekdown of earnings.
