Only after your computer is working properly. <g> My mom's computer had almost the exact same situation, when I visited recently. CrystalDiskInfo also flagged her drive for reporting errors and Macrium Reflect, which is another backup utility couldn't clone her drive because of a read error even after multiple attempts, but the Acronis True Image WD Edition was successful with the first try.
