I read something interesting about black high school graduation rates yesterday and just confirmed it:

The state with the highest percent of black students graduating from high school is TX at 84%.

In NY only 63% of blacks graduate from high school. In CA that % is 66%. Why are those big liberal states so bad for black students?

Looking at a couple other states - WV and AR - that liberals consider backward and primitive .. goobers as you put it. In those states the black graduation rates are 74% and 78%, respectively. They're beating liberal NY and CA too.
