As I said before, "It's good for California, for they'll continue to get pummeled with rain/snow systems."

It must be a hiccup in the perma-drought. For the month of January, storms will help alleviate the drought in SE and NE US. Then some other area will develop drought, and we'll be told that CO2 caused it.
