There is one thing that has been bugging me all weekend. Why did they anounce the reverse split at the time they did? They could have kept quiet and the stock might have made it $5 by now. Why anounce on the same day your announcing a financing deal with Microsoft? Was it part of the pre-conditions with Microsoft? Was it part of the requlatory requirements mentioned Nov. 25? The really big question is, Why would Microsoft buy into a reverse split?

Rueters story; Microsoft says they aquired shares as an investment only but goes on to quote Microsoft: we "reserve the right" in the future to change our intentions.

This may be the one in a hundred that goes through a reverse split and actually gains value. It is very interesting to say the least.

I am no longer concerned about a reverse split if we ever see one. If it stalls Monday it becomes a buy at 1 1/2.
