Looks like we have seen bottom -- 11/16.

I am concerned about possibility of further
large 10-15 % quarterly rev drop to under $10M from
$ 11M. But Co. already said to look past the December quarter
just ended.. as these foundry propsects take 6-8 months or so
to situate in the fab...

There since the last report on Oct. 21 this decline is clearly
already priced into the stock (it dropped by about 50 % from
1 3/8 to 5/8 low since the report)during the next 9 weeks.

I guess if they can hold close to $ 11M and limit
loss to $1/2M again, we can see nice pop rally to 1 1/8 - 1 3/8
sometime next 45 days or so.

Only upside from here... worst news already is out and has been
factored in. Also, very importantly, they cannot go Chapter 11
any time soon since they have nice $ 10M plus cash cushion to
use to hold them well above water. The suit is a problem in that it
absorbs management time and legal atention. But I don't think
it can hurt the Company since the management that benefited
by the higher stock prices and cashed out are mostly gone --
except Mr. Laws. He pocketed cool $ 1M of profit. Newcomers
see stock option benefits from cheap $ 1 options.
